My considerable experience spans across both the private and public sectors, where I am confident supporting leaders of diverse, multi-disciplinary teams in primary and higher education, and the NHS - including acute and community settings. I have also worked in business support for social care, international charities, community organisations, and private businesses. 

I am ideally placed to deliver personalised virtual assistance that adapts to your business needs. When working with the University of Essex I was twice recognised for my outstanding service. 

Previous projects have included response to risk situations, designing and implementing Customer Relationship Management systems, tracking multiple projects, running processes that support busy caseloads, managing governance reports, and coordinating responses under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In addition to this, I am a calm and competent Executive Assistant, coordinating diaries, managing meetings, and handling sensitive HR situations.

I have a strong understanding of, and appreciation for, those with either disabilities or learning differences, including neurodivergence. I have extensive experience supporting leaders with autistic spectrum conditions, as well as those with dyslexia.
